1. Introduction
Welcome to Vermont Muay Thai! By signing up for our classes or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all members.
2. Member Responsibilities
• Members must provide accurate personal information during registration.
• All participants are expected to follow gym policies, respect instructors, and maintain a safe and positive environment for all.
• Misconduct, including harassment or unsafe behavior inside or outside the gym, may result in membership termination without a refund.
3. Class Registration & Cancellation
• Members have the right to cancel or reschedule booked classes at any time.
• Classes may be booked, managed, and paid for in advance, through our member portal on our website under “My Bookings”.
• Monthly memberships provide unlimited access for members to schedule any classes included in the selected payment plan.
• Vermont Muay Thai reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Booked members will be notified as soon as possible via email and social media post.
4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments for memberships, classes, or merchandise must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• If classes are not pre-paid via payment plan or per-class fee, you will pay a “drop-in” fee of twenty dollars upon arrival at the gym.
• Pre-paid classes or payment plans may NOT be refunded unless requested by the purchaser, unless otherwise disclosed by Vermont Muay Thai management. See Refund Policy for more information.
• Members also have the right to suspend their payment plan for any reason and any length of time. To do so, contact Vermont Muay Thai management.
5. Liability Disclaimer
• Muay Thai is a full-contact sport that carries an inherent risk of physical injury. Participants will engage in striking and defensive techniques, which may result in injuries. Upon arrival at the gym you must sign a Liability Waiver before participating in any activities.
• Vermont Muay Thai is not responsible for any injuries sustained during or after training while on or off the premises.
• Members are encouraged to consult with a physician before starting any of our fitness programs, and medical concerns should be communicated promptly with staff.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the member, Vermont Muay Thai L3C and its management are not liable for lost or stolen items.
6. Amendments
• Vermont Muay Thai reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
