Gym Policies

1. Respect for All 

   • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect at all times.  

   • Refrain from disruptive behavior or language that may create a negative           environment.

 

2. Personal Responsibility  

   • Members are responsible for their own safety during training.  

   • Follow instructions carefully and use equipment as directed to minimize         the risk of injury.  

   • Notify instructors immediately of any injuries or concerns.

 

3. Compassion and Community

   • Support and encourage fellow members, regardless of skill level or                   experience.  

   • Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone in the gym.

 

4. Cleanliness and Hygiene  

   • Wear clean training attire and maintain personal hygiene.  

   • Wipe down equipment after use and keep the training area tidy.  

   • Remove outdoor shoes before entering the training area.

   • Trim fingernails and toenails to minimize risk of injury to others.

 

5. Punctuality and Preparedness  

   • Arrive on time for classes and be ready to train with the necessary gear.  

   • Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session to avoid disruptions.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

   • Harassment, bullying, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.  

   • Misuse of equipment or intentional harm to others may result in                     membership termination.

 

7. Compliance with Policies  

   • Adhere to all gym policies, including cancellation and payment terms.  

   • Respect the decisions of instructors and staff regarding gym operations.
