Refund Policy

1.  Membership Refunds

    • Non-Refundable Payments: All membership fees are non-                    refundable once payment has been processed. Your membership          will renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.

   • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional                         circumstances, such as medical conditions or relocation, at the             discretion of Vermont Muay Thai management.

   • Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us at                   802muaythai@gmail.com with supporting documentation. 

 

 

2.  Class Cancellations

Member-Initiated Cancellations:  

   • Classes canceled by members at least 24 hours in advance may be       rescheduled without penalty.  

   • No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.  

Gym-Initiated Cancellations:

   • If Vermont Muay Thai cancels a class, members will be offered a           rescheduled session or a credit toward future classes.

   • Misconduct, including harassment or unsafe behavior, may result in       membership termination without a refund.

 

 

3.  Merchandise Refunds

   • Eligibility: Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange         within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original             packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. 

    • Non-Refundable Items: Customized or discounted items are not          eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

   • Process: To initiate a return, please visit the gym or contact us at         802muaythai@gmail.com.

 

 

 

4.  Special Events and Workshops

   • Refunds: Payments for special events or workshops are non-                 refundable unless the event is canceled by Vermont Muay Thai.    

   • Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another participant         with prior approval.

 

 

 

5.  Processing Refunds 

   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

     within 7-10 business days of approval. 

   • Vermont Muay Thai is not responsible for delays caused by third-           party payment processors.
