Refund Policy

1.  Membership Refunds

    • Non-Refundable Payments: All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Your membership will renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.

   • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions or relocation, at the discretion of Vermont Muay Thai management.

   • Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us at 802muaythai@gmail.com with supporting documentation. 

 

 

2.  Class Cancellations

Member-Initiated Cancellations:  

   • Classes can be canceled or rescheduled by members at anytime without penalty. You can do so by accessing our website and logging into your account. You may also contact Vermont Muay Thai staff directly to inform them of cancelations, or to ask to reschedule.

   • No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows unless requested by the purchaser and approved by Vermont Muay Thai Management.  

Gym-Initiated Cancellations:

   • IIf management cancels a class or service that you have pre-paid a drop-in fee for, then a refund will be issued to the card you paid with.

If you have booked using your monthly pricing plan, then you will be rescheduled.

   • Misconduct, including harassment or unsafe behavior, will result in membership termination without a refund.

 

 

3.  Merchandise Refunds

   • Eligibility: Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused, and in its original condition.

    • Non-Refundable Items: Customized or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

   • Process: To initiate a return, please visit the gym or contact us at 802muaythai@gmail.com.

 

 

 

4.  Special Events and Workshops

   • Refunds: Payments for special events or workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Vermont Muay Thai.    

   • Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

 

 

 

5.  Processing Refunds 

   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. 

   • Vermont Muay Thai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
