Service Description
Muay Thai is not only great exercise for kids, but also boots self confidence and discipline. Here’s what to expect from our youth Muay Thai class: -Our class begins with a warm up of jogging or jump rope, followed by a quick stretch. -Then we practice footwork & shadow boxing. -After that we begin skill drills; learning to strike & defend with punches, elbows, kicks, knees, and clinch. -Our class ends with some ab exercises and endurance conditioning. Our youth Muay Thai program is FULL CONTACT; kids will learn to strike and defend with emphasis on control and proper technique before power and speed. This will include drills where students are practicing striking each other and blocking.

Cancellation Policy
1. Once a service is booked you are free to reschedule or cancel your booking at anytime. You can do so by accessing our website and logging into your account; navigate to the "My Bookings" page to manage your booked services. You may also contact Vermont Muay Thai staff directly to inform them of cancelations, or to ask to reschedule. 2. If you have paid for your booked service as part of a monthly payment plan; payment for the session is redeemed automatically and no further action is needed. If you are booking a service individually; you may choose to pay online or pay in-person, you will be charged a one-time "drop-in" rate of twenty dollars. 3. If you have paid online ahead of time and decide to cancel your booking a refund will NOT be issued unless requested by the purchaser. For more information about refunds please refer to our return policy (link can be found in the footer of any webpage on our site) 4. Vermont Muay Thai reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. Clients will be notified as soon as possible via email notification and social media post. If management cancels a service that you have pre-paid a drop-in fee for, a refund will be issued to the card you paid with. If you have booked using your monthly pricing plan, then you will be rescheduled.
