Service Description
Friday is Spar Night at VTMT! This is an opportunity for our members to practice the skills they’ve learned in a relaxed, and controlled setting. ALL AGES WELCOME! Sparring is encouraged for all who train with us; light sparring is for practicing technique, while hard sparring is for simulating a Muay Thai bout. Sparring is the #1 way to learn how to use Muay Thai techniques practically. Our goal is to make sparring as non-intimidating as possible so anyone with experience/training can give it a try! Communication & respect are our core values; SPARRING IS NOT A COMPETITION. Anyone intentionally hurting or disrespecting fellow members will no longer be welcome to spar at our gym. We say; “check your ego at the door.”

Cancellation Policy
1. Once a service is booked you are free to reschedule or cancel your booking at anytime. You can do so by accessing our website and logging into your account; navigate to the "My Bookings" page to manage your booked services. You may also contact Vermont Muay Thai staff directly to inform them of cancelations, or to ask to reschedule. 2. If you have paid for your booked service as part of a monthly payment plan; payment for the session is redeemed automatically and no further action is needed. If you are booking a service individually; you may choose to pay online or pay in-person, you will be charged a one-time "drop-in" rate of twenty dollars. 3. If you have paid online ahead of time and decide to cancel your booking a refund will NOT be issued unless requested by the purchaser. For more information about refunds please refer to our return policy (link can be found in the footer of any webpage on our site) 4. Vermont Muay Thai reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. Clients will be notified as soon as possible via email notification and social media post. If management cancels a service that you have pre-paid a drop-in fee for, a refund will be issued to the card you paid with. If you have booked using your monthly pricing plan, then you will be rescheduled.
